Definition and specifications of aluminum profiles

May 21st at 4:20pm

Aluminum profiles are aluminum materials with different cross-sectional shapes obtained by hot melting and extruding aluminum rods. The production process of aluminum profiles mainly includes three processes: casting, extrusion and coloring.Among them, coloring mainly includes: oxidation, electrophoretic coating, fluorocarbon spraying, powder spraying, wood grain transfer and other processes.Aluminum profiles are aluminum rods that are hot-melted and extruded to obtain aluminum materials with different cross-sectional shapes.

The specifications and models include 35 series, 40 series, 50 series, 55 series, 65 series, 80 series, and 90 series: 35 series refers to the width dimension of the profile being 35 room meters, 65 series refers to the width dimension of the profile being 65 room meters, and so on. Consumers can choose according to their own needs

The common small-sized industrial aluminum profiles are written as 1530, 1560, 1590, 1640, 2020, 2040, 200, and 2080 aluminum profiles. 1530 and 2040 aluminum profiles are mostly used for door frame materials.

According to cross-sectional size, there are generally 1530 aluminum profiles, 2020 aluminum profiles, 3030 aluminum profiles, 4040 aluminum profiles, 4545 aluminum profiles, 5050 aluminum profiles, 6060 aluminum profiles, 8080 aluminum profiles, 9090 aluminum profiles, 100100 aluminum profiles, etc. The application of aluminum alloys

Aluminum alloy has a low density, but a relatively high degree, approaching or surpassing high-quality steel. It has good properties and can be processed into various profiles, with excellent conductivity, thermal conductivity, and resistance. It is widely used in industry, and its usage is only second to that of steel. Some aluminum alloys can achieve good mechanical properties, physical properties, and corrosion resistance through heat treatment.

Forged aluminum alloys are mainly AIZnMSi series alloys. Although there are many types of elements added, the content is small, so they have excellent thermoplastic properties and are suitable for forging. Therefore, they are also known as forged aluminum alloys
